This Deluxe Facial with Light focuses on improving the condition of the skin to provide an exciting ‘natural face lift’ look with the added advantage of regenerating the skin at a cellular level with the Bioptron Lamp.

Sara uses gentle massage techniques on the face, chest, neck, head along with acupressure (pressing on acupuncture points), cranio sacral massage (palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium/back of the head) and the all important manual lympatic drainage (super delicate facial movements to stimulate the facial lymphatic system) and using invigorating, stimulating organic and vegan friendly skin care products. To finalise Sara uses the Bioptron Lamp on the face.

What to expect when you come for a Deluxe Facial with Light

You will be asked to remove your top, any earrings/necklace jewellery, slip your arms out of your bra and lie down on the treatment bed. Every facial begins with relaxing cleansing techniques which are washed off with warm water and soft sponges, followed by toning to invigorate the skin, gentle exfoliation which is washed off with warm water and soft sponges, and a revitalising vitamin rich face mask applied with a soft natural brush. While the mask is taking effect, experience a relaxing therapeutic oriental head, neck and shoulder massage. The mask is washed off with warm water and soft sponges. Then enjoy a facial massage with Sara Proudfoot’s own Deluxe Organic Rose Facial Elixir using gentle massage techniques, manual lymphatic drainage and acupressure, ending with Sara Proudfoot’s ‘Magi’ nourishing facial moisturiser and a tightening eye cream. Whilst the skin is absorbing these nourishing products Sara shines light from the Bioptron Lamp onto the entire face.
