Here at Proudfoot Holistic Health, I have developed a wonderful balancing energy healing treatment to support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our everyday life.
The aim of this energy healing treatment is to balance, cleanse and heal your chakras (energy centres) and aura and raise your vibrational frequencies by working with your five senses; sight, sound, smell, touch and taste:
Sight, seeing and absorbing the vibrational frequencies of the coloured crystals
Sound, 5th dimensional healing music will play in the background to raise your vibrational frequency, soothe and calm your mind along while Sara plays the Tibetan Gong, Celtic Drum and Peruvian Rattles to call in your guardian angels and ancestors to assist in your healing and banishing fear, shame, guilt, anxiety and any other negative emotions you may be experiencing
Smell, gorgeous aromatherapy scent within the coloured vibrational essences which are sprayed around your aura, which you breathe into your nasal passages into your olfactory system and into the lymbic system in the brain which immediately brings calm and balance to your nervous system
Touch, gentle strokes and pressure exerted on relevant acupressure points on your body in order to relieve tension and pain
Taste, the pure spa water that you drink after your treatment is finished which helps to ground you will taste sweeter and better than ever before

After taking your details and any health issues, this treatments includes:
- a full energy healing using sound, colour vibrational aromatherapy essence sprays, crystals, dowsing and visualisation
- we suggest that you take 3 x 1 hour sessions to get the best out of these treatments as the first treatment is to kickstart the body to respond to healing
- appointments should be made on a weekly basis as your body needs time to process the treatment that has been given, while also continuing this new force of healing.
- payment can be taken in cash on the day or by BACS or Credit Card (plus fee of £2.50)

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers make a wonderful present for that special person in your life. The Gift Voucher can be purchased online or over the phone and you can pay directly by BACS or Credit Card over over the phone or Sara can send you a PayPal invoice. Once payment has been received the Gift Voucher will be sent to you by email or post or you can collect from the clinic in Uckfield. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Cancellations
We respectfully ask that if you need to cancel your appointment please call or text Sara Proudfoot on 07887 721 508 with good notice. Please note that all cancellations within 24hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of the full cost of your treatment. To avoid paying a cancellation fee you can re-book within 5 days of your appointment. Cancellations by Email, Facebook or Twitter do not count. Thank you for your understanding.
