At our Clinic in Uckfield, we have a range of modern solutions to help with these modern day problems. For many years Light and Colour Therapy was used as a solution to many illnesses.  In the 1800’s and early 1900’s doctors received many awards for curing illnesses such as TB, jaundice and rickets.

Here at Proudfoot Holistic Health, we offer a range of colour and light therapies which support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our everyday life. 

Suggested Donations

Initial treatment – 1hr £60

After taking your details and any health issues, this treatments includes:

• a basic understanding of your Personality Colour
• a full colour and light treatment using Colour Silks & Scarves, Bioptron Light, Colour Essence Sprays and Crystals

• we suggest that you take 3 x 1 hour sessions to get the best out of these treatments as the first treatment is to kickstart the body to respond to healing

• appointments should be made on a weekly basis as your body needs time to process the treatment that has been given, while also continuing this new force of healing.

• payment can be taken in cash on the day or by BACS or Credit Card (plus fee of £2.50)
